Longtime Capital Region BOCES educator Bill Rouleau was honored recently for his dedication to students, BOCES and the greater community. Rouleau, a 20-year teacher who joined BOCES after a career in the private sector, was presented with a Commitment of Excellence Award by BOCES leadership.
