COVID-19 Vaccine for Educators

coronavirus
Good Morning,
It is my understanding that there are at least three sites in the Capital District who are giving vaccines to Educators TODAY.  I am including the link that follows for appointment, but they are taking “walk-ins”  (drive-ins) at Albany Memorial Hospital, Samaritan Hospital, and St. Peter’s Hospital.  You may have to wait in line for undetermined amount of time.  As I write, there are “no lines at St. Peters”.  Even though it is still “1-A only” until tomorrow, they are beginning to include “1-B” participants, as well.

(Please note that appointments are available at this website on a first come first serve basis. Check back frequently if appointments are not available.)
This link will help you find a vaccination center near you: https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov
Click “check eligibility”, then fill out your information. Once you are eligible, you will see a “locate providers” link.

Update from Sherry:

Please understand this is the best information we have “in the moment”.  As people go to these sites, circumstances may changed based upon vaccine availability.
We are just trying to give people the best chance that we can!

Thank you.
