The Capital District Regional Office (CDRO) has teamed up with NYSUT’s Education and Learning Trust (ELT) to enhance professional practices in education by establishing a “Capital Region Learning Center”. Seminar offerings are available to both teachers and school-related professionals (SRPs). These workshops will be virtual and are free to NYSUT members. Most also offer CTLE credits upon completion.

November 4, 2021 – 5 Tips to Diffuse Behavior in Today’s Schools
November 9, 2021 – Differentiated Instruction: Connecting with all Learners
November 19, 2021 – Understanding English Language Learners
December 7, 2021 – Constructivist Teaching and Learning
