Do I have to submit proof of my vaccination?
If you haven’t yet, please submit your proof of vaccination as soon as possible. NYS requires that we have proof of your vaccination.
If you work in a school or school district, regardless of role, and If we do not receive proof of your vaccination by close of business on October 12, you will be required to provide proof of a weekly negative COVID test on October 13 and on Wednesdays weekly thereafter.
Reminder: How to Provide Proof of Your Vaccination:
1. The easiest way is to use Serv-U, our encrypted file sharing platform that allows for the secure transfer of PII (many of you in Special Education or other academic or technical areas are very familiar with method of sharing files and already use it for transmitting student records or large files).
