In 2010, the NYSUT Board of Directors approved a redistricting plan which implemented the NYSUT constitutional requirement for a redistricting of NYSUT election districts to accommodate the increase in membership in certain geographical areas as a result of the Unification, and in order to achieve proportional representation on the NYSUT Board of Directors in those areas. Our district is ED10 and there are various meetings related to it at NYSUT.
