Student Incentive Award
Two (2) $1,000 awards are given yearly. One award is given for need, and one is given as a scholarship.
Application Process
- Student should complete application
- Complete and return to only the EMAIL address on the form by the due date listed (NO SNAIL MAIL)
- Read and follow all instructions
- Attach a copy of the student’s transcript
- Parent(s)/Guardian(s) combined income must be listed even if parents/guardians are separated or divorced, unless the student is supported solely by the parent/guardian who belongs to the Association
